# A seamless, secure way to work with external collaborators

## Register for our webinar

**August 22nd, 2019, 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM PT**

Using emails and extraneous tools to get creative work done, with both internal and external collaborators, often leads to miscommunications, extra review rounds and delays. In this 30-minute live demo webinar, we’ll show you how adding OpenText Hightail to OpenText Media Management is the perfect formula to help you streamline your creative review and approval process right out of the box, and seamlessly integrated with your DAM.

We’ll show you how to:

**Collaborate better with partners and agencies –** It’s easy for external teams or stakeholders to contribute to projects without requiring a Media Management license.

**Share files easily –** Securely share files of any format of up to 100GB with anyone and everyone, with high-resolution previews and streams on visual files.

**Provide realtime, precise feedback –** Collect feedback from multiple reviewers right on the creative content, including timestamped comments on videos and audio. See all comments as they happen and receive realtime email notifications for project updates.

**Get to approval faster –** Assign tasks and deadlines to move the project along, and then use approval routing and one-click approvals to assure everyone signs off on the project in the right order.

**Sync seamlessly** – Publish new or final versions of digital content from Hightail back to Media Management.
